Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 can green chilies (mild)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion, chili powder, salt and garlic powder. Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips.
    Break chips in half.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce mixture, chips and beef mixture; repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese until melted.
