Garden Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. ripe tomatoes
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
4 Tbsp. coarse pickling salt
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
Preparation

Skin and coarsely chop tomatoes.
Chop all vegetables and combine with tomatoes in a large colander.
Let drain 3 to 4 hours.
