Arroz Con Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. rice
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Ahead of time:
    Boil and debone chicken.
    In skillet, heat oil.
    Brown rice, onion and green pepper.
    Add water, tomato sauce, chicken and spices.
    Cover and simmer until water is gone.
