Stuffed Tomatoes With Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Halve the tomatoes and spoon their pulp into a bowl.
    Place the halves, cut side down, on paper towels to dry.
