No Cholesterol Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
    1/4 c. raisins or dates
    1/4 c. brown sugar or honey
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Blend well with beater.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 15 to 17 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    Store in refrigerator in plastic bag.
