Famous Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. Domino granulated sugar
1 can Carnation milk
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly until it starts to boil.
Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
Set the pan in cold water.
Stir in the peanut butter until well mixed.
Add the walnuts.
Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Let stand until cool, then cut.
