Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
thin slices bacon
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Chop the cabbage.
Stir into it the flour, salt, mustard, pepper, butter and water.
Put mixture into buttered casserole. Over it lay the slices of bacon.
Put in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
