Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can Spanish rice
1 can Ranch Style beans
1/2 c. picante sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain.
Place browned beef back in skillet and add Ranch Style beans, Spanish rice and picante sauce.
Heat for approximately 10 minutes.
Add half of cheese and heat another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with remaining cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Serves 4 to 6 people easily.
Total preparation time:
Approximately 30 minutes.
Only one skillet to wash!
