"Arch'S Favorite" Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 stick butter
    1/3 c. Louisiana hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper or 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt butter.
    Blend in hot sauce and spices.
    Wash chicken and place in bowl.
    Pour half of hot sauce glaze
    over chicken and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 3
    hours.
    Place chicken on rack over shallow baking dish.
    Brush with
    glaze.
    Bake, uncovered, for approximately 50 minutes.
    Turn once
    during
    baking
    and brush with glaze. Before serving, brush chicken with any leftover glaze.
