Simple But Good Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can salmon, well drained
    1 egg
    16 to 18 saltines, crumbled
    Oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine the salmon and egg in a medium size bowl.
    Mix well. Add saltine crumbs and mix well. Shape into patties.
    Heat oil (about 1/4 inch deep) in skillet.
    Carefully place the patties into the oil. Cook over medium heat until brown on both sides.
