Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. smoked sausage
    small jar or about 1 c. apple or plum jelly
    1 or 2 cans pineapple chunks (as desired; drain liquid and use)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage slow, then cool and pour off fat.
    Into drippings, put apple or plum jelly and liquid of pineapple that has been drained from pineapple chunks that are to be used.
    Dissolve in this juice cornstarch, catsup, Worcestershire and mustard.
    Warm until thickens.
    Add sliced sausage and pineapple chunks.
