Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can Ortega's, chopped
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Grease 10-inch pie pan lightly. Cook ground beef and onion. Stir in taco seasoning; spread in pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese and Ortega's.
