Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed in 1-inch cubes
    1 stick margarine
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid)
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt margarine and brown bread cubes until lightly golden. Beat eggs; add sugar, flour and cinnamon and beat well.
    Pour over bread cubes and add pineapple chunks.
    Stir in up to 1/3 cup reserved juice.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
