Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    6 qt. popcorn
Preparation
    Boil sugar, butter and cream of tartar for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda.
    Stir.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Put in pans and bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
