Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. molasses
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix with a fork until like oatmeal.
    Take out 1 cup and set aside.
    Pour into 1 (9 x 13-inch) or small or 3 (9-inch) pie shells.
    Top with the one cup you set aside.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Check after 45 minutes.
