Kolbassi - Low-Fat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. pkg. \"Healthy Choice\" kielbasa
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper
    2 c. new red potatoes, cut small
    2 c. baby carrots, cut lengthwise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and carrots until almost done. Brown kolbassi, onion and pepper until onion is transparent. Drain potatoes and carrots. Add to the meat and cook about 15 minutes.
