Ambrosia Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    grated rind of 1 orange
    2 Tbsp. water
    2/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, unbeaten
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Sift flour once measured; add baking powder and salt and sift again.
    Add lemon and orange rind to butter and cream.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat after each addition.
    Add flour with water. Bake in two layers in moderate oven.
    Spread orange coconut filling between layers and on the top.
    Frost cake completely with seven minute frosting.
