Marinated Steak(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak (1-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped oregano or 1 tsp. dried
    1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, chopped or 1 tsp. dried
    1 bay leaf
    fresh pepper
Preparation
    Place steak in baking dish and cover with marinade made from rest of the ingredients.
    Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
    Preheat broiler. Remove steak and pat dry. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper on steak.
    Broil 4 to 6-inches from broiler 4 to 7 minutes on a side.
    Slice thinly across the grain.
