Low-Fat Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes instant pudding
    2 large cans evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 qt. (1%, 2% or whole) milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and then add evaporated milk. Add enough milk to mix thoroughly.
    Pour into ice cream freezer, adding enough milk to fill freezer.
    Use any flavor pudding desired.
    Add fresh fruit if desired.
