Potato Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate bar, melted
1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In large bowl by hand, cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Melt chocolate square and vanilla until blended.
Reduce speed; stir in potatoes and mix well.
Put on waxed paper.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to batter alternately with buttermilk or sour milk, blending well after each addition.
Pour into 3 greased 9-inch cake pans (or one 9-inch tube pan).
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
