White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until it thickens and bubbles. Remove sauce from heat.
