Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef roast
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Brown roast in oven on both sides.
Cover and cook until tender.
Take out and slice in thin slices.
Add some water to beef drippings and spices.
Put sliced beef back in juice.
Cover. Cook at 250\u00b0 about 2 hours.
Serve on buns.
