Candy Apple Pie - cooking recipe

4 to 5 large Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 large unbaked pie crust
1/2 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. red hot candies
Preparation

Place sliced apples mixed with lemon juice in pie crust. Mix flour, sugar, and nutmeg. Spread over apples. Dot with oleo. Sprinkle with red hots. Lay second layer of pie crust over top. Crimp edges to seal; cut slits in top. Bake 50 min. at 350\u00b0.
