Molasses Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and lightly flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a large bowl mix well the sugar, molasses, oil and hot water.
Stir in baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add flour and blueberries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Serve warm or chilled.
