Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) can red salmon
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. one-minute oats
    few dashes of Worcestershire
    few dashes of Tabasco
    1 wedge lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dill
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    unsalted cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon and crush bones.
    Mix all ingredients well (except crumbs).
    Divide into desired number of patties (I usually do 7 or 8) and shape carefully.
    Roll in crumbs and let set a bit.
