Chocolate Almond Pie(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. reduced-fat chocolate wafer crumbs (about 40 wafers)
    2 Tbsp. Splenda
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 egg white
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine wafers, sweetener and butter. Pulse until blended.
    Add egg white; pulse until moistened.
    Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool.
