Brownie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 sugar
    3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Make a well in center.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Fold in nuts.
    Fill greased or paper baking cup-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
