Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    4 oz. sliced pepperoni
Preparation
    Remove the stems from the poke sallet.
    Place in a large pan and parboil the greens, letting the greens cook down.
    Add a little soda to make the greens cook better.
    Boil until the greens go down and the water looks green, about 3 minutes or longer. Drain off the water.
    Place the poke in a large pot and add just enough water to keep the poke from sticking.
    Cook for about 1 1/2 hours.
