Quick And Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    4 chicken breasts or a cut up chicken
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. white wine or sherry (could be optional)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of casserole dish.
    Add chicken; mix rest of ingredients well and pour over chicken and rice.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours; remove cover for 20 minutes.
    Bake until brown and tender.
    Test for doneness; may take less time.
