Breakfast Casserole(Low Cholesterol, Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lean ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 slices whole wheat bread
    2 c. egg whites or 16 oz. egg substitute
    6 drops yellow food coloring
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 c. low-fat cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown turkey with Italian seasoning, garlic and onions.
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Place cubed bread in 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Sprinkle turkey over bread.
    Then sprinkle cheese over the bread and turkey.
