    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. orange peel
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
