Chicken Casserole For Buffet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 large onion, chopped
1 pt. sliced mushrooms
1 pt. sour cream
6 Tbsp. white wine
Preparation

Precook chicken breasts.
Remove in good size pieces from bones.
Grease a casserole.
Put chicken in bottom.
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
Mix soup and sour cream with onion and mushrooms.
Pour over the chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
This can be put together the day before and baked when needed.
It also freezes well.
