Crisp Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 pieces chicken
    1 1/2 c. seasoned flour
    oil
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Season flour with salt and black pepper.
    Remove yellow fat from chicken parts as well as possible (leave skin on).
    Wash chicken and drain.
    Roll well in batter.
    Fry until golden brown and crisp.
    Drain oil from chicken and place in baking dish which has been buttered.
    Pour liberal amount of barbecue sauce over chicken until thoroughly coated.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 5.
