Chicken Taco Casserole(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 fryer or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 onion
    celery
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil fryer or chicken breasts.
    Debone chicken and cut into chunks.
    Butter casserole dish.
    Layer floured tortillas, then chicken mixture and alternate mixture and cheese, then chicken mixture, onion and celery (chopped) and enough chicken broth to boil in 1/2 stick of margarine.
    Add mushroom or chicken soup until done.
    Layer all this and top with tortilla and cheese and pour chicken broth over this (bake until this bubbles).
    Let cook at 325\u00b0 until done.
