English Pea And Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar (white wine vinegar is best)
    1 tsp. water
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1 can English peas
    1 can whole yellow and white corn
    1 medium onion
    1 small bell pepper
    3/4 c. celery
    1 carrot
    2 Tbsp. pimientos
Preparation
    May add watercress, nuts and sprinkle with dill weed.
