Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Place in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Leftover makes good sandwiches.
