Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels (use 25 to 30)
1/2 c. evaporated milk, divided (5 oz. can)
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. softened margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate (2 c.)
Preparation

Combine caramels and 1/4 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler.
Heat over simmering water, stirring until melted.
