Strawberry Sundae Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting
3 Tbsp. butter
3 c. Rice Krispies
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
3 Tbsp. milk
assorted fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, kiwi fruit, banana)

Preparation

Stir 3/4 cup frosting and butter together until smooth; fold in cereal until well mixed.
Press on bottom and up sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate; freeze until firm.
Spread ice cream in crust; cover and freeze until firm.
Stir remaining frosting and milk together until smooth.
Just before serving, arrange fruit on pie.
Serve with sauce.
