Seafood Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. fresh parsley
    3/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer ingredients for 10 minutes.
    Pour over fish.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before cooking.
