Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix and bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 2 additional minutes. Stir constantly as icing may stick to boiler.
Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Nuts may be added also.
