Cheese Stuffed Peppers(Kentucky Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 green peppers
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. cracker crumbs
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Slice the top off each pepper.
    Wash and core the peppers. Parboil for 5 minutes.
