Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean hamburger
    4 to 5 slices American cheese
    1 large can tomato pieces (with juice)
    3/4 box tiny egg noodles
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in a large frypan.
    Cover with cheese slices. Evenly distribute tomatoes over cheese.
    Cover casserole with noodles, add water and juice from tomatoes so that pan is about 1/2 full.
    Cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until noodles are done.
    Check occasionally to see that some liquid remains in pan for cooking.
