Cheese And Sausage Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. low-fat Velveeta cheese
    4 c. bread cubes
    1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix sausage, mushrooms, onions, cheese and bread cubes and put in an 8-inch square pan, slightly oiled.
    Beat together the milk, eggs and mustard; pour over sausage mix.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit 10 minutes and serve.
