Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Mazola oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. bread flour
    1 1/3 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil with electric mixer.
    Add eggs, beating well.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture, beating well. Fold in carrots, raisins and nuts.
    Pour batter in greased layer pans.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
