Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. navy beans
    3 lb. pork butt
    celery
    onion
    1 c. uncooked rice (River rice best)
    potatoes
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Soak in water; do not re-use this water. Bring pork butt with water to boil with 1 tablespoon vinegar.
    Cook until tender on simmer.
    Add celery, beans and rice.
    Cook until tender.
    Add potatoes and cook until tender.
