Whole Grain Sally Lunn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick or old-fashioned oats (uncooked)
    3 eggs
    2 3/4 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Grease 10-inch pan or fluted tube pan.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In large mixer bowl, combine milk, margarine, sugar and salt.
    Stir in dissolved yeast, oats and eggs.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat at medium speed on electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make a stiff batter.
    Cover; let rise in a warm place until double in volume, about 1 hour.
