Hobo Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, scraped
    4 onions, peeled
    4 potatoes, scrubbed
    4 tsp. unsalted margarine
    ground black pepper
    Heavy duty Aluminum foil
Preparation
    For each person place a carrot, potato and an onion on a large square of foil.
    Add 1 tsp. unsalted margarine and pepper. Wrap tightly and seal. Place over hot coals for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally until vegetables are done.
    Yields four servings.
