Mushrooms In Red Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or to taste
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. red wine
Preparation

Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Saute the onion in butter.
Put in mushrooms.
Cook until they are softened.
Sprinkle with garlic salt, seasoned salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the red wine and continue cooking until the wine cooks down.
Serve warm. Great with steaks.
