7-Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, room temperature
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. corn syrup
Preparation
    Combine egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup in double boiler.
    Beat one minute until thoroughly mixed.
    Place over boiling water.
    Beat at high speed for 7 minutes until stiff peaks form.
    Pour into bowl.
    Add almond extract and beat one minute until thick.
    Fill and frost cake.
    Sprinkle coconut over top and sides.
