Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet banana or bell peppers
    water
    vinegar
Preparation
    Wash and seed peppers. Cut into strips and pack in glass jars. Cover with equal amounts of water and vinegar. Pack in glass jars. They don't have to be sealed. You can pack whole peppers in a crock and cover with vinegar and water.
    They will stay crisp all winter.
